When you register your credit card on a new pony account, a deposit is loaded onto this account for security reasons so you can access the fleet of ponies; it is entirely refundable at any time you wish to no longer ride the ponies.You may request a deposit refund from within the app:

Each bike must be hired using a separate phone and a separate Pony Bikes account.
Also, as per our T&Cs, you must not allow any other person to ride the Pony that you've unlocked with your phone. This means no unlocking bikes for a friend to ride home - every Pony Rider will have to get their own account :)
If you're looking for a pin on the map but can't find a bike, please report it to us using the option in the main help menu.
