By clicking the "top-up" button, you will add the designated amount of credit to your Pony Bikes account, and your bank card will be charged. After each ride you take, credit will be deducted from your Pony Bikes account, but your bank card will not be charged.
If you happen to take a ride long enough to put your Pony Bikes credit into the negative, your card will not be charged, but you'll have to top-up again in order to take another ride.
When you register your credit card on a new pony account, a deposit is loaded onto this account for security reasons so you can access the fleet of ponies; it is entirely refundable at any time you wish to no longer ride the ponies.You may request a deposit refund from within the app:
